Complaints
- If you have a problem with any aspect of the Practice, please follow the approved procedure in order to register your complaint, comment or suggestion.
- Inevitably there may be an occasion when you are not satisfied with an aspect of your care and we know that may be upsetting. Please be assured that we do always try to do our best for our patients.
- If you have a concern then please try and raise it with your doctor at an early opportunity so matters can be rectified.
- If you still remain concerned then there is an established procedure by which complaints can be made.
- The Practice Manager (or her deputy) will strive to address promptly any concerns you may raise. However if you are still not satisfied with the outcome, we ask that you put your complaint in writing for us to deal with in accordance with our complaints procedure
