Complaints, Comments and Suggestions

We are always open to comments from our patients.  If you have a problem please discuss it with your doctor during your appointment.  Alternatively, please write to your doctor. It is our aim to look after patients as we would expect to be looked after ourselves.

In the event that you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from this practice then you are entitled to ask for an explanation.  Details of the Practice Complaints Procedure are available from reception. Your complaint should be in writing and addressed to our Practice Manager, Mrs Anabel Sharma, who will ensure that it is investigated thoroughly and as speedily as possible.  We aim to report back to you within two weeks, although in certain circumstances more time may be required.

This procedure does not affect your right to make a formal complaint to Leicestershire County and Rutland Primary Care Trust if you so wish.
